I love that every workout is different, and the music and staff are very motivating.
I love the accountability.
But also, I love that the broad strokes are predictable (Tread, Rower, Floor) but that the details are different every day. We get a chance to work on different muscle groups on the floor and we get a chance to monitor our efforts on the tread or rower. I recently went from power walking to jogging. I never thought I'd enjoy jogging but I do. I prefer it. I can see me actually jogging on the street when weather is better and I am already planning on upping my game during Marathon Month.
The coaches are great about correcting form, and check in when I have an injury that needs modifications. I appreciate the encouragement as I tend to talk negatively to myself, including on days I have PR'd.
I encourage anyone to give it a try. It's not easy, but it is so much worth it.

The focus on core strength, the mix of high- and low-intensity sections, and the variety of movements all combine for me to feel like I'm really getting my money's worth. I also really appreciate the focus, both in the company's narrative and in the staff approach, to meet people where they are and welcome all types of people to come and be the best version of themselves.
I love how each workout is different from the previous one you’ve done. Sometimes you focus on endurance, other times you’re focusing on strength and the correct posture to perfume certain stretches or weightlifting. If you ever need help, each coach does notice you and will come over quickly to assist you in your form. You never feel ashamed, but motivated to do better than your last.
It’s fast paced and varied! I feel supported :)

One request: can you make more 15 pound weights available? There is always a shortage in the Strong class.

I love the energy, the different stations, being able to do both cardio and weight training all in one hour session. Lots of flexibility as for times since I work full time. Instructors and front desk staff all very encouraging and enthusiastic.

It's a bit hard for me to follow the new excises (fast tempo), but coaches are kindly reminding me friendly (if I do wrong/incorrect and or not following). I feel very comfortable working out @ Fairfax Circle. All staff are friendly as well. My age group (60+), it is hard to invite as a new member, but I enjoy telling them how wonderful Orange Theory is for me.
