What do you like about our workout?

I've been working out at Orange Theory Point Loma for almost 6 months now and am beyond impressed with the instructors, the staff, and the workout. Every class is different and challenging, and the instructors are excellent motivators. You can tell they take the time to learn the workout before class so they're prepared and can keep things organized and moving quickly + effortlessly during the class. I think everyone should give this workout a try and they'd be happy with every instructor at the studio. Thank you Orange Theory Point Loma for making this such a fun, welcoming, and motivating place for all. It's one hour I look forward to every day :)

What do you like about our workout?

It distracts me from my daily stressors at work and home, because I’m so focused on not dying or puking during the workout. I joined 2.5 months ago and am obsessed! I went from being a rare exerciser (as a married full-time physician with a young child) to someone fixated on completing my first Dri Tri, which felt like a major accomplishment. I find a way to build in classes before long work days because OTF helps me be more present at home with my family, feel stronger, more confident, and happier. I love that the coaches emphasize positive reinforcement rather than shaming, but still push us to stretch ourselves at each class. Never in my life did I think I could run as fast as I do now. I also appreciate that because the workout varies daily and requires so much focus to complete each block, OTF minimizes the chance that women may have to deal with unwanted sexual advances from men, which unfortunately occurs in every other gym. OTF has been the best possible self-care investment for me, ever.

It keeps me honest on those days I don’t feel like working out. Once I step through those doors to a motivated coach, upbeat staff, & fellow OTF members the motivation hits me in the face and it is game on!

What do you like about our workout?

I LOVE otf so much! My favorite thing is the heart rate monitor system. I like to see where my heart rate is at because I am able to know when to push myself harder and know when I need to slow things down. I also love the coaches I've had. I've taken several of Coach Nicole and Coach Jalen's classes. I love how they know me by name and motivate me to do my best. I leave each class knowing I did the best. I have referred two friends to otf and they both joined after their first class because they had such a good experience.
