I love the workouts, some I like more than others. For example, the workout we did today was harder than some workouts I have had but I still enjoyed it very much. I generally start out on the rower then floor to treadmill. I find the treadmill a kind of a respite because I know if I’m tired I don’t need to go too hard and I can adjust accordingly. I think the coaches are excellent. I like the feeling that I’ve actually accomplished something when the class is over which is a nice start for the day.

I like the variety the workouts offer and while you’re working out you can see your progress. The instructors are motivating and monitor you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

I have been doing OTF for almost 12 years and I have at this studio for 4.5 years. Love the staff, coaches and it is super clean! Plus it’s the most spread out OTF studio in terms of studio space. You don’t feel like you are in closet!
Great coaching. Very motivating.
It's quick and effective - you're in and out in an hour. You don't have to think about it, you just show up and do. It changes day to day but also allows you to work towards larger goals. The coaches are all great too.
I love the variety of exercises in the workout. The environment is welcoming and supportive. All of my coaches have made an effort to get to know me and are so encouraging. I'm now 7 months pregnant and have been able to keep up my OTF routine because the coaches are awesome at providing modifications. I feel so much stronger and physically better compared to my last pregnancy because of OTF!

Love, love Orange Theory! I have tried multiple cross fit programs including years of gym membership but nothing compares to the versatility and accountability that these group classes bring with it! I am hooked! Going strong for over a year now! If you’re on the fence like I was don’t hesitate- you can work at your own pace and build up from there on to get to the all out levels!!

Staffs are very friendly. The coaches watch the individuals and guide their needs according to their needs and abilities.
