The workouts are something new every day. I look forward to coming to class every day because I know that I won't be doing the same redundant exercises that I would do if I were working out on my own. The instructors and music help the time fllllly by.

What I like about the workout at Orangetheory is the way I am so motivated by the coaches. I like how the workout is a full body workout and strengthening all my muscles. The community at Orangetheory is so personable and it is a fun environment to workout.

Each workout is new, the trainers give pointers individually when they see areas for suggestions, there's a cool-down...
I love the music that is not sexually explicit and that is not hard rock--I try not to go to classes of trainers who use this type of music.

Definitely an intense and effective workout. I like the guidance by the instructor, though some instructors are easier to follow and understand than others. As a newbie, I was very intimidated, but both the front desk, instructors, and even participants were very welcoming and encouraging.
I don’t get bored.
