I'm only on my third workout however, up to this point everyone has been extremely friendly and enthusiastic, have been very patient answering my questions, and the workouts have been intense and challenged me! It has been a great change so far and I'm enjoying pushing myself in different ways. Hoping that all the positive elements continue and keep me coming back, at this time I'm highly optimistic that will happen!
Ability to constantly improve and have benchmarks to test
I love Orange Theory because every workout is compact, consistently challenging and makes me workout hard. The staff is incredible, equipment is great and the studios are clean and organized. I highly recommend it as the number one fitness gym around!

The variety and length of time
Pretty much everything. Structure, variety, real time and post workout analytics…and the result. Combined with intermittent fasting and good (75% of my meals are plant based, but that makes 25% where I eat what I want), but not perfect eating, I lost 13 lbs, 2.4% reduction in body fat percentage, but also kept the exact same muscle mass in the first month
Great way to get a workout in one hour. Encouraging and exercises were modified for my tennis elbow.

I love that you sign up for classes they hold you accountable which is good for me to keep me motivated and I can’t just blow of my work out ! Everyone is there to work out friendly but serious, no cell phones no competing its a great atmosphere. I feel healthy and I dropped a size! The coaches are absolutely amazing Nick,Kaitlyn and Sable they are all there to support you and guide you through your workouts. If you can’t to a certain exercise they will suggest a different type. The staff at the desk are so friendly and greet you with smiles .
