I love how the workout changes everyday, you never feel bored! The workout challenges you beyond what you think you are able to do, making you a stronger version of yourself after every class. The coaches are encouraging and help you along every step of the way. Nothing like an OTF workout!
I don’t have to think through the process and they tel me exactly what to do. Different exercises for different muscles we are working out. Coaches are amazing!

I was referred by a friend who really enjoys working out at OTF. I did the free session and liked how the staff explained the concept of OTF and helped me throughout my entire workout. I end up joining OTF and glad I did cause the trainers are AWESOME and you definitely will get a great workout in an hour.

tThere are so many reasons I love OTF- the varied workouts (with modifications, if needed), the staff, the coaches, the community, and the music! Your first workout is free, so why not give it a shot?
Its the energy of the atmosphere. It’s challenging. Different each session and I feel sore but great afterwards. If I need a modification it’s provided.
