Every single one of the coaches and staff demonstrate the upmost service and professionalism! They all make my experience at OTF positive and informing. The studio is always clean and well-kept. I never want to visit another studio due to the high standard that OTF Long Beach-Lakewood has set. They make an effort to personally know every member and it makes the energy in the room very personal. There is nothing they are doing wrong. This studio sets an example for others!
I love Sheri! I took her class back about 3-4 years ago and was hooked on otf ever since. The events they have are fun, Scott, the owner was very nice and just an overall great experience.
the well roundedness and variety keeps me wanting to fo back. the different levels of difficulty force me to challenge myself and keep improving. Also most of the coaching staff are very engaging and keep the class motivated!
Versatility in workouts—overall total body workout
What's not to like? The continued variety and creativity of the workouts never ceases to amaze me. The coaches are all so awesome and make the workouts bearable. Even on those days when I'm not feeling my best.
All coaches are really approachable & want to help you achieve your fitness goals. I’m happy that coaches push me to run faster, lift heavier than I think I am able to & am give me confidence to believe I am capable of doing whatever I set my mind to.
Every class is different and they provide a variety of exercises to target every part of the body.
All the coaches are very motivational and provide assistance when needed. Love the workouts!

I like being able to go into the workout area without "gathering" first.
I think all of the Foothill coaches are excellent.
The Orange Theory directed workout works very well for me. It is continually moving and the coaches provide the right amount of encouragement (push) but also are quick to correct form and suggest options.
Keep up the good work.

I love everything about Orange Theory, facilites, members, front desk staff and especially the coaches. It is motivating and the workout itself is amazing, I have lost 10 lbs since I joined and can see some muscle!

I like the energy the coaches bring, the music, the comradery. I also like the switch up of cardio and strength training.
The time goes by fast, which is always great when exercising. I'm impressed with how well the instructors motivate me to push myself far beyond what I would be accomplishing at a standard gym, group fitness class or at home.
It’s different everytime. I don’t know what new muscle group I will discover next (and will hurts next) :)

The variety of workouts!
You get to experience something new and challenging each workout. I enjoy seeing the results on the OT Beat screen. Coach Mark, Coach Quianna, and Coach Kurtis are awesome! They’re encouraging, energetic, and organized...with a positive attitude. They provide tips during the efforts and explain how to approach the different blocks on the treadmills. This is very helpful!
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for Coach Candace. She starts class late, mismanages the timed efforts, and is self-absorbed. She dances around the room rather than correcting form and accurately keeping track of the Blocks. I would encourage her to take class from her peers so she can see how to run a quality class.
