Fun and intense
I enjoyed the workout with coach Kristen. She was clear, motivational, and upbeat.

My instructors....very motivating.
Having a schedule forces me to be consistent. The coaches do a nice job with variety and motivation. The heart monitor shows immediate feedback and results of the workout. It is also nice to see the same people. Again, very motivating.
The pace and the different workout every day. I appreciate when I get feedback during the workouts as to how my form is and how to improve. Also, a good Playlist is 🔑!!
I always enjoy the variety and the fact that no two days are alike. And I especially like all of our coaches...they are all great, encouraging and knowledgable about making changes to an exercise when needed. Thanks!

I love how every work out is different, and it is never boring. The atmosphere and trainers make your push yourself harder, reaching goals you never thought you could. One of the best work outs you will experience.
Trainers are encouraging, lots of positive energy.
