The schedule of different activities within one workout and how you are monitored to reach your own individual orange, which is your maximum burn point or goal. I feel like it’s more personalized that way.

Love that the coaches really care about you and want to see you succeed. The music is awesome and really gets me motivated! I like that there are people of all skill levels on the class, and it doesn’t feel like anyone is judging each other.

I don’t feel like I’m counting down the minutes when I workout. And although I’m working really hard, the class flies by and I get such s a great burn from it. The trainers are also really attentive and help with form and pushing me to what I’m capable of.

i like that it changes almost daily although the structure of the class is the same. So you never really get bored and you're always challenged. The music and instructors are always high energy and get everyone pumped up!
