This is a total body workout, cardio and weights,
And I think the best all around workout you can get.
I don't have to think about it or figure out how I'm going to get results. My job is to make it to the workout and push myself. The results follow. When I started, I was in such bad shape that my heartrate was always in the orange or red zone and I had to stop often. Now, I have to really push myself to get into the orange and get my splat points. It works!

The variety and the fact that I do t have to think about what to do that day in the gym. It’s all planned out for me.
I love the way the workouts differ each time with certain predictability at the same time. I also appreciate the heartrate colorcoding system to help me monitor how I'm doing in real time. The coaches are so motivating--both during the classes they coach and when they participate in class with the rest of us!
It's intense and I feel like I get a great workout.
I like the fact that I can do my workout at the same time most days…. I like familiar faces. I like the routine.

The music, the coaches, the camaraderie. Appreciate combining cardio and strength or the ability to just do a strength workout when my knees need a break from running.
Compact great workout with music and instruction in 1 hour. We also like the guidance from the coaches on form in doing the exercises. We like the type of workout with combination of strength, endurance , core, balance. The facility is clean and convenient and the attendees are nice too.

Can still go my own pace on tread and rower and work on my weight and floor exercises without feeling embarrassed that I am not in the best of shape while working on bettering my health.
