It is varied, as are the coaches. The coaches now know me and that I like to be pushed. I love how truly interested everyone is in people and fitness.

As a heart patient, I have to get my heart rate into my target zone 3-4 times per week. Because it's instructor led, the workout pushes me longer and harder than I would push myself and yet allows me not to over do it because I can monitor my heart rate at any time by looking at the screen. I like the accountability of the appointment and the fact that I have to get both cardio and strength training done each visit.

Workouts are different everyday, Classe are high energy, I enjoy the variety of exercises and I always feel like a got my butt kicked when the hour is over.
That I don’t have to design it! I enjoy the mix of different types of cardio and weights. The rower is so hard for me but I think it has improved my running as have the weights.
It is hard but good for me. The coaches - my favorite are Josh and Chris (still miss him) - encourage me, inspire me, push me but care about me. Gets me out of any rut I am in :). The community is also great. I love my SouthGlen!
