I love the high intensity! makes you feel like you're getting the maximum effort out of the one hour. the planned exercises with the coach cues makes you stay on track and the pumping music keeps you motivated plus moving from each station helps keep it interesting. It's the best workout routine I've ever done and I love the results. I am stronger, more flexible and healthier than ever and I am hooked on OTF. Cardio is balanced with strength and stretching, and I like being told what to do.
It's the perfect workout for an hour. It gets your heart rate up. Everyday is different. It has multiple time slots Everyday to fit my schedule.

I absolutely love OTF and their workouts. It is great motivation with the coaches, the encouragement and community from fellow participants as well as the effectiveness of the workouts. I enjoy the studio so much I drive an hour just to come workout here. Great energy, great people and great fun.

Variety and that classes are rarely full. I don’t like classes where we are packed in like sardines.
I like the people. Kiki is a perfect ambassador and sets the tone for a nice experience. Mark was very helpful and encouraging my first workout.. The others are just like them! Of course, I also need the cardio, weight and core work, and can already feel myself getting just a bit stronger. The studio is clean, organized, and convenient. I love music and the music played is upbeat at a good volume. Hopefully I’ll be able to attend on Thanksgiving day for the live dj…that will be fun!
That it’s mine. I don’t ever think about if I’m doing more or less than the person next to me because I know we are all doing as much as we can in our own ways. The coaches are all dope AF too : )
i like that i don't have to think about what to do when i come in, coaches are all very nice and give good cues for proper form. they always encourage you to get splat points and recognize hard work
Great total body workout in a fun environment
Cardio and core strength. Heather is a fantastic instructor motivator and knowledgeable in correcting participants posture on the floor station to ensure one is correctly and safely performing the free weight and TRX exercises
I love the music choices by the coaches, the All Out with Aoki is my ultimate favorite! I love the specialty workouts and that every day is different.
