I love that at Orange Theory there is always fun music, encouraging and helpful coaches, and people pushing themselves right next to you! I work out harder at Orange Theory than I EVER do on my own. I learn so many new exercises, and always feel amazing afterwards!
The variety of the workout.
I like the variety of workouts and the coaches are excellent, they know how to motivate and I always look forward to my next workout!
I love the variation of the workouts and how it combines the tread, rower and weights.
The variety. It is like having a personal trainer without the cost!
I like the mix of cardio and strength training. I like that each workout has a different focus (endurance, power, etc...). I like that some coaches have moved away from fatphobia talk and realizing that some people live in larger bodies, and that is ok. And that not everyone is at OTF to make their bodies smaller, thinner body is everyone's goal (as it is not). However, I feel like more work is needed around this and that language matters. Love the coaches, the variety, and seeing the results! The only certain when you walk into the studio is that it’s going to be another amazing workout- it’s what keeps me going!

The accountability first and foremost. I love the people, the coaches and SA’s. The 5am crew is the best!
The workouts are designed perfectly to get you an amazing shape physically but my favorite part about Orangetheory is it pushes you to your limits and that's when the mental game kicks in if you can not quit and keep pushing through that's when you learn a lot about yourself and if you get used to that kind of stress that will translates to all areas in your life!

Variations and full body.
Positive Coaches, group energy. Gets you moving and motivated when you pay and have a cancelation policy. Like the variety of workouts.

I love the variety and diversity offered for total body workouts and that all I have to do is just show up and I'm guaranteed a good workout and coaching.

Variety
this last year was one of the hardest of my life...ending in losing my mom in december...the last 8 weeks of her life was incredibly heartbreaking and beyond exhausting...but i kept going even if i was almost in tears because i knew it was the only thing i could do for my own health...eating was almost impossible...getting enough sleep was impossible...so the only thing possible was taking that one hour a day for myself and pouring myself into the workout...the coaches and staff were so loving and kind during this time...they have always been encouraging and cheerleaders for you but during this time it was even more so with hugs and shoulders to lean on...they along with the friends i have made the last 5 years have made this time bearable...so asking me what i like about our workouts...its simply everything...

Kelley is such a badass instructor, full of energy and passion. Also his playlists are 🔥. Olivia is great too. Great little studio

Best workout class I've found for tracking progress and continually pushing myself to do better. Also really like the ability to go to studios all around the country since I travel a lot.
