HIIT, diverse workout programming, having so many classes scheduled per day really helps give me flexibility to attend.
I love that it is coached, the coaches motivate you to work hard and ask you questions about your goals. I love that the workouts include cardio and weight training/core, so I feel taht I get a well-rounded workout.

I love everything about OTF!
The DTC coaches are awesome! Coach Jena and Coach Alex bring tons of energy. They take the time to get to know you, so they can inspire and motivate you to do your best each class. The facility is clean and well cared for too.

Love the goal-oriented system and the variability of the workouts. Coaches have all been great and we’ve come to know quite a few of our classmates.
The variety. It's always hard.
I know if I workout on my own I am not going to push myself that hard. The coaches and the people in class help motivate me to do better. It easy to quit when no one is watching, but I don't want to let my workout buddies or my coach down.
Each day is a different challenge and I don’t have to come up with variety on my own.

The workouts are varied and intense. Coaches are attentive and assure that moves are done safely. Great music adds to the energy.
Workouts never feel the same----always challenging---great trainers keep me pushing myself--but appreciate they correct my form to prevent potential injuries!
The workouts and coaches are always great! Jill, who worked the front desk was very
kind (I just moved to the area). She has good energy and likes dogs! The parking was
easy, near Starbucks and bagels.
I love the new format! I was getting a little bored with the workouts before April 1, but now I feel like I’m being pushed harder and I’m getting a better workout. And I love the coaches :)

The people who work there are AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful. Class times are pretty easy to work with (although more would be helpful.) I also like how open the class area is. I've worked out at a lot of different OTF's in multiple states and this is the best setup I've seen for an OTF.
