I like that it includes cardio and strength. I also like that the workouts vary (endurance, strength, etc..).
I do not feel it’s appropriate for make comments like needing a swimsuit body, or a six pack, or better arms, smaller butts, etc... I don’t think any of the coaches were/are trying to be mean or hurtful.
I wish that OTF used more body positivity language and not assume that everyone there needs or wants to change their appearance. People can looks all different ways with different sized bodies and still be fast or strong or flexible. I think the more important message should be around how people feel and the importance of listening to what your body needs on that particular day. And it’s ok to just be yourself and love what our bodies do for us everyday.
OTF and the amazing trainers have change my life, physically and emotionally.

Being self paced and the diversity of workouts.
I love that I don't have to think about it. I can go in get a great workout and I don't have to know or plan what to do. The coaches help guide and give corrections on form and technique. The class atmosphere helps push me when I'm not at 100% and keep me pushing.
The staff and other members are always friendly and make you feel welcome.

I have rejoined OTF and I've been coming here for more than a year now and I am still motivated to keep taking as many classes as I can fit into my week. I am constantly challenging myself to do more in each class. The workouts are good addiction. Another huge benefit is that the workouts are different every day. I love that the coaches are highly knowledgeable and work with you to set goals to keep getting better. The staff always goes out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The app is great for signing up for classes and tracking your progress. If you want to get a HIIT total body workout and get active, I would highly recommend giving OTF a try.

I love the OTF workout! It offers strength, power and endurance across three stations. Every class is conducted by a professional coach/trainer...Castle Rock OTF has so many amazing coaches and they truly care about you! Lead coach Deb does an exceptional job with the coaching staff! Always a very friendly, encouraging and motivating environment! Love it and proud to be a part of the OTF Family!
The friendly and welcoming staff make my day!! I have visited several other clubs recently and nothing compares to the staff at northgate. I wish I could continue to go to this location but I am moving and hope I can come back frequently for visits.

I love the challenge. I'm not big on motivating myself and I definitely get that from OTF Glendale. It's allowed me to lose almost 20 lbs and feel better about myself. I love classes with Katie, Raine and Megan!

I liked the guided workout and the accessibility to the coach if I have questions. I also like that the coaches get to know you as well.

I love Orangetheory. In my opinion, it is the best workout available. It is designed to help each member no matter what their level of fitness.
There is room for everyone at Orangetheory. The Coaches are engaging, encouraging and motivating.

I just have to show up and I get a great workout. Every day is a little different. The camaraderie in the studio is great!
Great challenging workouts that change everyday!
I love Littleton OTF but a few issues are concerning me:
1. A coach should NEVER be late or not show up for a class. That’s a sure way to lose your loyal members.
2. There’s a lack of general organization and community at Littleton. There seems to be poorly planned events or gatherings (or none at all). I was shocked at how few people participated in the dri-tri. The happy hour was at the studio, there are few workshops, inconsistent news letters, inconsistent employee spotlight or member highlights, class milestone tracking and rewards. Applewood makes it a big deal when someone new hits their first classes (I think it’s 10)? There are no posted trackers for challenges like the transformation challenge- just the sticker book. Why? You would only see your own page anyway so why track it on a single page? A wall posted tracker is more visible and motivating for everyone. Maybe try for Mayhem? That will encourage participation too!
3. There’s very little or limited new merch where other studios consistently have new items.
4. I am all for evening out the class but let the coach do it when class starts. So many times the front desk tries to leave an open treadmill between runners but then someone will walk in and get directly next to someone anyway. This isn’t fair to people that come to work out together. Alternatively they have taken a class of say 14 and decided 7 treadmill, 7 rower. Then again someone walks in and gets to pick their station where people that arrived earlier are told a station is full? This is honestly the most frustrating issue for so many and I promise you this does not happen elsewhere.
I think there are some incredible coaches at Littleton: Julia, Alli, First name removed, Tyler and others that I don’t often see. I know Littleton has some incredibly talented coaches but the lack of studio organization is not fair to them. They deserve to be supported and to have the front desk running perfectly to allow them to be successful.
Studio management has been an issue. There’s been a general lack of presence, and honestly some people just generally didn’t seem happy to be working at OTF. I hope that changes. Energy is contagious.
I love OTF but the Littleton location needs to address some key issues if they want to keep members or even grow the membership.
Love the workouts. Appreciate how personable the coaches are. Down to earth and relatable.
It’s the most efficient use of 1 hour workout period.
I love this studio, it has 100% changed my physical & mental health. It is the hour a day where I know I can go and be around super kind and motivating people. I have been to a variety of other studios and so far, none of them have compared to SEA. I tell everyone I know about OTF and how its changed my life.
