The workouts are challenging. They tech me new training techniques and they burn calories. OTF helps to keep me motivated to go to the next level in fitness. While I am over 65, I am able to complete the training sessions and build on my fitness level over the months I have been a member. I highly recommend OTF.
I’m here for a month or so and this is a new studio for me. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming and I love working out here. OTF is an amazing workout for anyone - all fitness levels are welcome here.

I love it is non stop for 50 min. I did CrossFit and really CrossFit is lifting but lots of social time and hardly any cardio. Really only work out for like 20 min. I LOVE coach Ty. He is real and motivating and walks the talk.
I love the associates helping behind the desk when you first walk in. They are so kind and positive. I love the instructors. I really appreciate that the workout is divided into three groups, so I get rowing and weights and treadmill. The two mounted screens that demonstrate exercises and list rep counts really help.
It’s easy to sign up for classes and to tweak them if you need to change a date.
The coaches are outstanding! I couldn’t be where I am today without the coaches. They are there every step of the way to reach your goal.
