Coach led workouts
I do share Orange with people all the time!! The concept of Orange workout is awesome! I also feel Orange is appealing to woman cause they can get intimidated by going to a large gym. I do feel maybe have a better way of help people that are injury or can not do a certain workout area for a time. Maybe by having extra bike or slider!! I REALLY enjoy Orange!! THANKS
That they are different everytime, coaches are there to help and explain things. Music is up best to keep you motivated

The staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable which goes a long way for someone just starting to workout. Most gyms/Fitness centers are intimidating.
Never a dull moment, you're always moving but also changing it up, so it goes by fast! And the calorie burn is awesome!

OTF Tyrone has been so great to me! Since working here, I’ve grown such an appreciation for this studio! The coaches are incredible and I can see their passion every time they get on the mic. The front desk has changed, but for the better!! Love this studio so much and would definitely recommend to a friend because I know they will be well taken care of at Tyrone!
Great overall workout and I like to see the breakout of how many calories I am burning and the after effect the workout will have burning calories in the red and orange.
I know what to expect each time I come in - treadmill, rower, weight room - which is comforting to me. I also love the coaches and the upbeat music.
The guided workouts are what I need to keep me interested and motivated. Also, OT is the best combination of the gym equipment I enjoy using: treadmill and rowing. I’m just getting started, but I can’t wait to make this change in my workout routine and see the change.

Intense and exciting workout with a great coach in Nick! I found it to be a motivating and efficient way to "get it done".
I love that the coaches are consistently motivating and take an active interest in my fitness goals. It has probably been 15 years since I’ve had a fitness routine that I love doing and look forward to as much as I do now. Knowing that the coaches are watching my form, also allows me to push myself in areas that I know I would never do on my own.
The many different workouts and especially Coach O! He makes it sooo much fun and he’s so encouraging. He does a great job communicating how to use the rowers and the weight room exercises. I always try to book his classes.
I love the instructors and the combination of treadmill work, rowing, and weights. Great workout!!

The downside is that they fill up fast (not good)
I like the commitment you have to make to go through reservations, and penalties ($) if you don't. Plus the trainers motivate you to work out much harder than you would by yourself
Love the coaching, the positive environment, where each person can work at their own pace. The variations on the theme of exercises each day. How they are consistent at all OTFs I have visited. The ability to find facilities all over the United States and the World! I recommend it all the time.
