I love interval training and being coached in what to do. Coach Ali is the best as well as the other coaches while I was visiting my daughter who belongs. My last workout with Ali will be Friday the 27th as I’m heading back to NY.
I love being pushed in a way I wouldn’t push myself and the support of the coach and other members. I leave feeling stronger and healthier every class.

I love that no workout is the same. The use of the tread, rower & floor combined always makes for a challenging yet rewarding hour. The coaches keep you on your toes & make sure that you always push yourself to earn those calories and splat points. I would recommend OTF to ANYONE looking to not only lose weight, tone up or gain muscle but also enjoy themselves while doing so.
