I love that every workout is different and it challenges me to go further. I love the trainers, they are attentive and keep us accountable and I have the best time while I work out. Working out consistently at orange theory not just keeps me physically fit but also improves stress and my mental fitness. I recommend it to everyone.
Front desk staff is exceptional and the coaches push and encourage you. I like the change in the program each day while using multiple pieces of equipment.
The exercises switch so there's a lot of variation
The OTF workout is the most efficient workout I've ever done. I've been working out since the late 80's...have done high and low impact aerobics, step aerobics, weight training, body pump, cycling, and everything else in between. OTF offers a combination of cardio and weight training in each class that are effective and doable. The coaching is key in keeping the class on track and in helping those individuals that may need guidance. The coaches are knowledgeable and trained to help everyone in the class as we all are at different levels of fitness.
I like the fact that I don’t have to figure out a best plan for working out, or push myself- everything is set up for me. And the workouts are different every day and bring variety. And I know where I stand with calories burned and thresholds reached.

Only thing I would suggest is to add a plan that you are allowed to go 3 times and not have to pay the unlimited plan price for those who can’t make it everyday.
Honest, everything. It’s the one hour of the day I get to focus strictly on me. It’s the best investment I make on a daily basis. Specifically, I love the structure, the ability to track my improvements and the sense of accomplishment I feel when the workout is done or I when I increase my base or lift heavier or row farther. All that said, the team of coaches, and front desk staff are really great. They care deeply about all of us. From the moment we walk in to the “last push” out the front door, they have great care and concern. OTF, it’s a lifestyle, not a gym!

The trainers and staff are great... and the workout challenging enough for what I need. Also, the sense of community is excellent which makes people like me go more because we like working out with others.

I love that the workouts are different every day. They are challenging but coaches provide plenty of great options if unable to do certain movements. I always feel accomplished and energized after an OTF workout.
Scheduling classes hold you accountable on how much you want to give into your fitness. Also, the coaches are very good about helping you improve your form, motivation and no workout is the same. Its keeps your workout from getting boring.
The workouts are consistently challenging. There is not a dull moment at OTF. The coaches are great and help you improve your technique and meet your goals.

Workouts difficult but modifiable when necessary
The workouts are intense. A good mixture of cardio with weight training. Coaches are very motivating. Staff is awesome.
My energy level is very high since I started OTF, and I have been able to keep my weight down.
