The coaching staff are all motivating, helpful and friendly. The vibe is great and the workouts have a nice variety mixed in with plenty of challenges/benchmarks.

I love Orange Theory Doral. The coaches Víctor, Sofi, Alfred and Alejandro are amazing (I’m sure the rest of them also but I just had classes with these ones), the workouts are very challenging and fun.
The ladies at the front desk are very nice and always attentive to every detail.
I started at the beginning of Jan 2023 and everything has been excellent until now.

I love the different templates. I love the the coaches and the energy. I always leave feeling like I accomplished something. I know some of the templates repeat. I like also how the coaches work with you if you have an injury or need to modify a workout or exercise.
Workouts are always individually leveraged in a motivational group setting. OT East Delray coaches are exceptional in empowering personal bests and unlocking the comfort zone junkies.

Everything. The coaches are awesome -- Amanda, Christine, Juli, Olivia, Marlene, and Heather, keep you motivated, keep you on track during the workout, and always have energy and the best attitude.
The workouts are challenging but not impossible. You train your body to stay in the orange, which allows you to push yourself physically and mentally in ways you haven't before. The combination of the tread blocks with the rower and floor blocks allows for a full-body experience that, even when you're tired and spent at a workout's conclusion, you look forward to the next one.
I never used to run or thought I could run until I started workouts at OrangeTheory.

I have been going to OT for years. I love it. I do do other workouts but OT is Fun, the music, the coaches and the different workouts... its like a party.

I like the transition of the stations. The Homestead studio is very clean. The front staff Lizbeth I believe was her name was very kind and answered all my questions. And to top off the experience, Coach Noel was very motivating and was able to provide modifications for the exercises that were too challenging for me. Overall, awesome place!!
OTF has really changed my life. I have never been able to stick to a "self-driven" workout routine. Now, 100+ workouts in, I am making improvements, friends, and growing stronger with every workout. The coaches, David, Heather, and Kyle are amazing just like the rest of the staff. Ashlyn is simply the best.
