Professional trainers in a clean environment, which was initiated by the amazing customer service provided by Mrs. Aurora. Definitely a place worth bringing friends and family.
That it was a variety of cardio and weight training. I also liked that you could see your heart rate and challenge yourself to get into certain zones and earn the splat points.

I love that it's a total body workout and every class is unique. The coaches push you to run faster, row harder and lift heavier while not pushing you beyond your limits.
I love the energy in class! It’s very upbeat and makes you want to workout and harder than you thought you could. I also like how some of the workouts are interval style (especially on the treadmill).
