Signing up for the workout and knowing it’s booked keeps me accountable and makes me go to the class. I like that you can make a day easier if you need by running a bit slower or lifting lighter. Sometimes the music is a bit loud and I can’t hear myself think, I get notifications on my watch that the environment is at a very high volume too. Love OTF, will always recommend it and encourage people to try it.

Love the continuous movement and guided demonstrations from the coaches.
The coaches at the Cutler Bay studio are really awesome. Jay is an excellent coach very detailed, Shed is wonderful and guides you along the way, and Gabe is excellent and resourceful.

I go there at least two times a week. The staff is really great and best of all they have been there for years. Nice to walk into a business and they know your name and you have a chat.
There are a couple of things - wish there was enough soap in the soap dispensers in the bathrooms.
Some instructors announce how much time is left in the exercise periods and others do not. I rather know so I can keep pushing myself to the very end. Jason does a great job at this.
When I go from the tread mill to do floor exercises I cannot see my heart rate/zone. It would be nice to visualize this in order to regulate my exercise session.
I like the group effort and the highly charged environment - it motivates me.
I have some health issues I need to resolve (Diabetes, HBP, high cholesterol) and I'm hoping that my diet plus OTF will get me there in the next 6-12 months!

From the minute I walked in I was graded with such positive attitudes, great energy, and enthusiasm by the front desk. I was visiting from out of town, and they made me feel very welcome.
