It’s a great workout with encouraging coaches & upbeat music, & I don’t have to think about what to do at all! All I have to do is show up, listen to the coaches, & try my best. You leave feeling on top of the world—ready to tackle your day!

Orange Theory is the best workout! I love everything about it from the quality feel of the studio and equipment, the great coaches, friendly staff, convenience of classes, the app, and of course the workouts which are the most efficient and best calorie burn bang for your buck. I love that every work out is different and even after almost 9 years I'm not bored. Plus I'm always motivated to push myself to run faster and lift heavier. Thanks OTF East Gilbert!
The workout is very challenging and runs my heart rate to a good zone for aerobic exercise. I rely on OTF as my major source of exercise.

All around great coaches and SAs!! Even though I was a visiting member from out of state, and eventually transferred my membership, I always felt 'at home' with everyone. A very welcoming studio!

I liked that there is an instructor there to motivate and keep you on track. I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well.

I like the structure of the class and how you can go at your own pace but push yourself when you are ready. The coaches are very knowledgeable and answer all your questions.
I love that every time I come in, I can expect something completely different. The workouts are challenging and I don’t feel like I ever get bored, or feel like I’ve plateaued. The coaches at my studio are amazing and have truly impacted my experience. I’ve been at other studios that don’t have the same feel as my location, which is why I don’t particularly go to other studios unless I’m out of town. Keep doing what you’re doing, I absolutely love Orange Theory!
Great workout. Makes you sweat and burn so many calories in short time period. I would say definitely more female orientated workouts. Unless a man wants to get leaner and lose weight. Which I love. I'm looking for exactly this!
No thinking work out. Coach gets to know you and challenge you. One hr work out and done.
