The variety of classes is great. The number of reformer classes is great. There are lots of challenges and activities going on all the time which really helps motivate our health & fitness stay on track.
The studio premises isn't perfect (a bit impersonal, cold and sparse - it could do with some cosey, personal touches).
Most instructors are very professional and very friendly.

Are you able to put more fans in the Pilates / excercise rooms? More fans and spread out / oscillating. It's just so hot in summer!!

Excellent atmosphere as you're surrounded by polite and happy people who are invested in health and fitness for the sake of their health. There is a plethora of classes and great RT and CV equipment as well.

The quality of instructors and PT's - they all know what they are doing and get results you can't get on your own. The variety of classes are amazing and make sure you never get bored.
Opening times, class times (especially early in the morning), variety of classes, programs around mind / body and nutrition ie 7 day detox, 12 DOC, goal setting afternoon - all were great for me.

The feel good atmosphere, the staff is friendly, competent, helpful. There is nearly always a class of interest to me for when I can attend the gym, variety of classes with great and attentive instructors.
