Lauren is an inspiring instructor who makes even the tough parts fun. She is such an asset to Pure in so many ways. Before I started doing sculpt with Lauren, I had a lot of shoulder pain from dislocating it previously, but now it is sooo much better and has made my life a lot happier as a result! Jamie is a great instructor too and is careful to incorporate diverse exercises. He's always trying to improve how he instructs, which makes him a great instructor, and he makes sure you are in the right position, which is really valuable. I like the times of the classes and the range. I am grateful for the Friday afternoon GRC class. It might be good to consider Sunday classes, as I currently drive to Coorparoo if I'm going to a class on Sunday, and I find the classes there to be full, so I wonder if there's demand for Newstead to open on Sunday. But I wouldn't want full-time staff at Newstead to have to work on Sunday especially if they have families- I think it would have to be run by casual staff or something like that with no one at the desk.
