The classes and timetables, suitable for everyone. Location is great and some free parking too is a bonus. Lovely staff will always have a chat and listen to what you are looking for and help you achieve it.
I love the gym. As I've said before Julius Lucy and Caitlin are brilliant!! I have also been to a few of matts classes this week and he is brilliant too.

I love the different classes and being able to do reformer pilates at such a reasonable price.
It would be amazing if more classes could be scheduled a little later at night and a few new/more options early in the morning and a yoga class on Saturday. I know this is easier said than done.
The commitment of the staff - great classes and the instructors work you hard . I also like the additional courses that Marina offers. Great gym thank you . I recommend you to many of my friends . Only reason I couldn't give you a 10 is I find booking into classes a bit frustrating as if you are not online at 7 am or a touch after you tend to miss out . It would be great if you could put a non booking class option on every morning to counteract that issue.

The reformer classes
Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Pilates reformer classes and yoga.
Not a sausage machine full of buffed up gym junkies. It is relaxed with a personal touch, and aimed more squarely at the 'normal' people who just want to be fit, not beef cake.
