I'm always very pleased with the haircuts, and the staff try hard to give you the type of cut you want. I especially like the hair wash after the cut, as it gets rid of all the small cuttings that otherwise end up on your collar.
I do think however that you overdo it with all the sport channels and the incessant rambling of talking heads about sport activities. By the time my cut and wash is finished, I've pretty much had it with all the commentary. How your staff put up with this is beyond me.
That you will cut my hair when you say you will - always know where I stand in the order when there is a waitlist and if you 30 mins, I can leave and its 30 mins! Also, the big screen tv showing sports when waiting.
