The extra add-ons to facials/treatments, the massages with the 'only as old as the skin you feel' facial, the skin rewards program (20% off products plus the rewards treatments), the staff advice/skin analysis post facial and their knowldge of the products and skill to recommend the right products (and how to use them) for my skin - I always pick up a new tip when I come in that i can apply at home to my regime.
The treatment prices are affordable so can have them done more frequently, the point system - really nice receiving a little voucher in mail for all my purchases, the kind staff (they're friendly, well trained and try to help you, theres never any attitude), Nessa was very conscious of everything in my treatment yesterday - making sure I was warm, the room temperature, the flow of the treatments one after another, could sense the thought/intention that she put into making it a lovely treatment for me from start to finish - and it was just wonderful :) Thanks to all the girls, have been coming for around 10 years now and just love the bronzalicious experience. The beautician who did my spray tan was knowledgeable, personable and made me feel at ease. The spray tan was even and the perfect colour for what I wanted. The lovely beautician (British girl) is to be congratulated on her great customer service skills and excellent tanning job. I am very impressed.

Best tan colours, best salon.
The whole experience was great. When I arrived, they analysed my skin to ensure the most appropriate tanning treatment. The staff were very friendly and the tan itself was perfect - not orange at all, which is always my fear, and lasted ages. I highly recommend this salon.

The Bronzalicious Team was really, really nice. They make a test with you before you get your tan, which color goes best with your eyes and skin etc. the tanning itself was a really fast progress, it only took 5 minutes and it was all even and just the shade I wanted, it didn't look orange, it looked really natural.

Staff seem to really know all about the tan products they use, clearly based on their own experience, and will recommend different ones depending on the client's wants and skin tone/type. Application is mostly perfect every time for me. I have tried other tan salons and have been dissapointed with their application and lack of knowlege and interest in the service.
