Employee Kim @ Caledonia location is an absolute expert in her field, perfect service and professionalism. Was very impressed. Givin how things have been with the coronavirus she was able to cut my hair around the required mask, and kept safety in mind at all times.

I am a Gaurdian for a 34 yr old who I took in for his first hair cut since Jan. (Due to Covid 19).
Our stylist was Kara. She was so awesome. Her kindness was unbelievable. She washed and cut Dustins hair and also massaged him with a massaging tool. The experience was such a delight! We will certainly be back! Kara, you are going above and beyond! Thank-you!

It was great. The quality of the cut itself was very great. Also, the stylist was very conversational and it made the time fly by.

The girls did a great job, listened to what I wanted, did their cuts and made sure it was exactly what I expected. They were very patient with my 7 year old daughter that was having a hard time with her mask. Super impressed with the cut the other girl did on my sons hair, I almost always leave a bit disappointed but she did a great job! Very impressed with your team that day! Thank you so much ladies!

Good cuts and guy friendly atmosphere

I thought the entire experience was great. I loved the massage and the hot towels, the shampoo and conditioning. The only thing I didn’t care for was that my stylist kept trying to talk to me, because I’m the type who likes to just go and get my hair cut and relax without the small talk, but I also understand they are trained to make the small talk.
