You had the right tools, you were easy and pleasant to work with, and you didn't hesitate to come back at no extra charge when more spot removal was needed. I do recommend that your crew leave the spot remover on longer, like they did the second time around, so that spots will come up the first time.

Worker was respectful and worked very hard. He asked permission to go to lunch - and came back from lunch ready to work again. He frequently asked if I had any questions and was everything satisfactory. Very nice gentleman.
