ServiceMaster of Greater Washington went above and beyond in the performance of their office cleaning task. Rarely do vendors impress me with the quantity and quality of their work. However, ServiceMaster is the exception and hopefully will continue to impress my staff with their service in the future.

Thorough and consistent. I also appreciate the excellent relationship we have developed over the years. You are always very responsive and most willing to work things out with us, no matter what the issue may be, even when it may cost you something. You obviously view your customers first and try to take care of them in any way you can. I respect and value that very much!
