One to one training. Knowledgeable trainers who all have access to your training records so every trainer you work with knows your personal fitness level and, above all your areas of concern. For example, arthritic hands, dodgy lower back and painful joints.
Each session is fun which encourages you to work hard and hopefully get compliments thus augmenting your enjoyment and boosting your incentive to KEEP AT IT......

How welcoming you all are and the great sessions I’ve had although only done two at the moment. I’ll be honest I was dreading it as never done gym work before but Max demonstrates what I need to do and doesn’t mind when I’ve forgotten what I’m doing showing me again and again!

I love the small class sizes and friendly staff. I couldn’t wait to return after the Christmas/New Year break which just shows how much I get from it.
Too early in my association with Wellbeing to comment further - but good first session.
1st session went well and I did enjoy it.
Hate gyms and this suits me perfectly. Pilates class is small and you get the attention you need, not just one amongst 20 or 30 as I have had in previous groups.
Also just had my third massage and feel so good now so will keep them up. Feel like the strong wires across my back have gone. Headaches a thing of the past.

Have had a great year with Kate. It has been years since I could exercise without any aches and pains. Neck pain and knee problems both so much better as I've got stronger. Kate has given me more confidence around exercise. She listens to what I want to achieve and helps me to do it. She challenges me to do more than I would do myself, without making me feel bullied. A big thank you.
