Service Master provides high level of carpet cleaning and customer service
We've only used the chair cleaning feature so far, and was really pleased with the results. We're happy knowing that we can call in an emergency situation for spot-cleaning and the arrangments with the cleaners for access to our bldg is working fine. I love the staff! They are professional, dedicated to their craft, and concerned about not only doing a good job, but doing it until they get it right.
I like the benefits of regular cleaning of our high traffic areas, which helps promote longevity of our carpets, and keeps the office looking professional. The longer we can put off replacing carpets, especially when over 100 heavy workstations would have to be moved to accomodate carpet replacement, the better it is for us. Servicemaster staff come in after hours when we are all home for the evening, and we come in the next morning to fresh clean carpets.
