Watched live cam and associate was on her cell phone often and sometimes pushed the dogs who wanted attention away. Would be ideal to engage a bit more and give equal attention to the small dogs.

Our dogs are treated extremely well every time we take them to stay at Camp Bowwow. They get so excited when we drop them off which makes us happy too! The staff is super nice every time we speak with them.

Great staff - love Amanda! and all the others I can't name right now. My dog Loves going there for occasional socialization - even for boarding. Can't say enough wonderful things about the place. However, since the APP has changed, I can never get into it anymore. Doesn't seem to have me as a member.

We use you for grooming. We like the service we receive for the price. A specific example is our most recent experience on March 25th. We brought our dogs, Toby and Karl in for grooming. Karl is a cocker spaniel and his undercoat was very matted. Rather than just shave him, which is probably how most groomers would have approached it, she took hours of tedious work and he came back looking great. I was very pleased.

The last 2 times we boarded our dogs there were a couple of days worth of food left in the bag. It was all pre-portioned and labeled.
