We just had a stellar experience with Terry and Kim Fulljames of Amerispec Northern BC. Incredibly responsive - we had the inspection booked the first week our offer was inspected, and the full report was delivered immediately following the showing. Fantastic quality - I had my tradesperson family members review the report with me, and they were astounded at the level of detail especially considering the inspection was conducted in winter with deep snowbanks. Terry gave us the confidence we needed in purchasing our very first home. My husband wants me to mention that he loved the free pen!
