Flexible and available pick up days and times. Very nice drivers who have heads up about timing and helped to shape the quote. I like the theoretical recycling or donation. Did not like the surcharge for bagging time I didn’t realize that was a thing and would have prepared ahead and bagged myself. Live and learn. My drivers were very nice.

Professional service from initial contact. Everyone arrived on time scheduled, the men doing the hauling were polite, worked steadily until job was done without any glitches. We were impressed with each individual we met personally.

I used the Junkluggers twice over the past three years. Both times, scheduling a pickup was easy. The scheduler worked with me to find a day and time which worked for my family. On the day of pickup, the workers arrived on-time and were very friendly. The items were pickup without a problem. I do wish, however, that the company would offer a discount for seniors and disabled people. The service is not cheap.
