You guys were amazing. You came the same day I called. Then called to say you were running a bit late. I explained that the assisted living were we had just moved my mom into had a 5 pm cut off for the loading dock. We didn’t want to postpone because the moving boxes were a fall hazard to out 96 year old mom. Brian rearranged the schedule and was at our place in 20 minutes. If that wasn’t great enough, Brian cut down his original estimate saying he thought he had over-estimated the job. Then when I added a gratuity to show how appreciative we were, he knocked on the door to say I over p aid the bill. It is rare to be treated so kindly and with such integrity.
