The entire process from beginning to end went smoothly. I appreciated the phone call on the morning of the pickup confirming the appointment and giving an arrival time. The men who showed up were pleasant and polite. Was impressed that the truck bed lowered to ground level to make it easier for the workers to load.
Efficient, prompt, easy to schedule & easy to pay. This time j had truly junky furniture to get rid of but the first time I had some things that could be re-used and I love that Junkluggers does that.
