I love the quality of most of the teachers in the center. I do wish for less turnover because as soon as we get acclimated to a teacher they leave and are replaced with a new teacher. I love the surveillance ability that gives me peace of mind to be able to check on my daughter during the day. The center director is super kind and accommodating. Any time we've had issues she's been able to step in to help.
I love that all of the staff care about my child, know his name, and know what is going on with him.

Individual attention to both of my kids. Both children are doing very well and enjoy attending. Clean facility, good selection of healthy meals, generous sized playground facilities with fun activities. Safe environment.
The facility is nice and clean and organized, the staff are very friendly, my daughter has made many friends there. We love how activities are done, even in the infant rooms and that they are taken outside for walks and interacted with. I would recommend Doodlebugs to anyone!
We love the so many things about doodlebugs. The teachers provide the love and attention to our children as if they were their own, the facilities are clean and well maintained, the curriculum is diverse and provides a great education, and most importantly we feel confident in the safety and security of our children at Doodlebugs.

A lot of learning
I love the fact that my child loves going there and that I get a detailed report daily with cute pictures! The staff is very nice and seem to really love what they do. The facility is always clean and never smells bad like other daycare centers we have attended.
My only complaint would be that there isn't a full time spot for my daughter and when I return to work we will have to leave.
I’m emailed a summary of my kids day, the teachers/aides are extremely helpful in getting to understand my sons transition issue. They helped him work through it.
Very good communication, my kids love their teachers, the teachers seem to truly care and listen and share. We are very lucky that our children's teachers have basically become extended family members.
Every teacher feels like family and they never skip a step! They help make recommendations, over communicate things my child may need, keep us up to date on her milestones, and are genuinely excited to interact with us as parents. The child care feels like a partnership and as a first time parent, this is so valuable to me!

We have 3 kids enrolled in the Penfield Center. Their teachers have always been loving and enthusiastic! We have recommend many families to our center, who now feel the same way about the care their children receive!

My husband and I LOVE doodle bugs! We feel that our daughter needs are met and that her teachers go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and her comfortable. What I love most about doodle bugs is the open line of communication.
director, staff, chef, and daily programs are always top quality!...the design of the buildings, rooms, and level of staff is a step above the rest....

All the teachers and management truly care to get to know my children, understand their likes and dislikes, understand how to speak to them at their level, and keep open lines of communication with me on their progress at all times. My kids love it here and genuinely love their teachers. You know they are well cared for when they can’t stop telling you how wonderful their day was. We get updates if something seems wrong with our child, and are advised of how his day was and how his behavior was during the day. People always say hi to him when we bring him in to start the day, making us feel like he’s more than just a number.
Everything! Teachers and staff are fully engaged, communication is stellar even when teachers in the room have changed during the day. I just wish we'd find Doodlebugs sooner!
