I love that I can order and pay through the app, so there's no awkward pizza-money shuffle when the food arrives. I also like having an idea of (approximately) when my pizza will arrive. Lastly, I love the customization options available. It let's me get exactly what I'm looking for.
The points system is an added bonus and works as a "loyalty" system where frequent customers are actually rewarded. If I could change anything, it would be either adding "X points = $X" off reward option and/or add X points gets you a build your own pizza with up to 5 toppings. Right now the "free pizza" points offering is for signature pizzas only.
Delivery is prompt and accurate. And of course the pizzas were delicious - my students enjoyed all three titan sized pizzas!
