We have always liked Toppers Pizza. We’ve been ordering Toppers since 1994 when we lived in Oakville. It’s always good pizza and we really like your pizza sauce. Sometime we make special requests in the comments box and you always kindly follow them and we never have any complaints! Love your breadsticks too!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!? When the customer asks for napkins please give them napkins instead of having your drivers say "I didn't do it I didn't pack it somebody else did it" also when you ask for a thin pizza please give us a thin pizza not one that's droopy and soggy andand thick. ALSO when we ask for it very well done please make it very well done. Next when we ask for a Greek salad could you please make sure that it is not one big piece of lettuce nearly 0 tomatoes and Soggy. I do enjoy your pizzas but you are slipping things through the cracks and this is not acceptable a lot of us work very hard and to have a pizza sometimes it's a luxury. And then when you call in with these concerns you get a lot of spin a lot of people passing the buck and not taking responsibility. The last 2 pizzas I ordered there were problems and it makes me just shake my head because when you're really hungry and you have guests and your team doesn't do their job it's embarrassing and frustrating.
