The best thing about your business is the convenience of 24 hour service! It really makes such a difference to be able to drop off our pet when it is good for us and pick them up when our schedule permits. Also, EVERYONE that we came into contact with at the facility went out of their way to be friendly, helpful and caring to our pet. I felt confident that our dog was treated like part of an extended family. "Pancake" was quite happy to go see his new friends and seemed to anticipate the next visit. My partner and I were completely satisfied and more with all aspects of the visits. We have already recommended your location to several friends with pets. We will definitely be back with "Pancake" for anothe visit!

The people that work there are kind & very helpful.The facility is Clean & we can watch our pet's on a camera from where ever we go on vacation.
We felt we left our dogs in very good hands. When we picked our dogs up we watched on the tv as our dogs were getting their harnesses put on and we were so happy to see our shy dog accepting a belly rub from the employee. When she brought our dogs out, she apologized for the delay saying that one of our dogs was expecting extra loving. To me thats quite an endorsement for this resort! For us, there is no better feeling than knowing that caring people are looking after our dogs.

The employees care...it's not just a job for them. We feel confident our dogs will get the best care possible. We have had had dogs for over 40 years....so we know what is good and what is not.
I like that the staff are there 24 hours to watch over the dogs and we can adjust our schedule to pick up at anytime if anything were to change in plans. I also love that the staff are all dog lovers.

24-hour staff, clean, friendly and caring staff.
We boarded our Keeshond, Joey, for six days in July. Joey has a friendly temperament, but is somewhat on the anxious side. Despite some sleeplessness (I appreciated being able to look in on her online), she came through the experience in a happy way. I think she really enjoyed the exercise sessions, and appetite is never a problem for her. I will say this -- and this is not a complaint. Four or five days after she returned home, she came down with kennel cough. She had been vaccinated for it, but our vet (Meadowbrook Animal Clinic) explained that dogs can get mild cases even if vaccinated. He also told us not to blame the kennel facility, and that she probably picked it up from another dog there that also had a mild case. She took all her medication and made a complete recovery, but I thought you should know about it. We do not hold you responsible, and will bring Joey back when she next needs boarding.
The staff are very friendly and patient with 'nervous parents' leaving pets for the first time.
We like that you gave Sadie a chance to adapt to the other dogs. (patience) Also that you give them a complimentary bath after fours days in boarding. We are going to try for a nail trim next. Also like that siblings can have a door between the kennels.
The facility looks very clean.. Everywhere can be monitored with the webcams. During playtime sessions the dogs are monitored by the staff all the time. Furthermore, they are not allowed to sit in one spot or sleep during play times. Initially I thought only 3 hours of activity might not be enough. However, after watching play sessions via webcam, I am convinced that it is a decent amount of activity. I am also impressed to see a lot of staff working. Everything seemed very organized. No matter how busy the staff are, it is nice to see that they pet our dog or play with her time to time. it is very important that our dog interacts with the staff. Thus, a litte petting during meal times or potty breaks are very important for her to feel that she is cared, loved and not abondened at a kennel. Last but not least, it is nice to have both indoor and outdoor play areas where dogs can enjoy nice weather and sunshine as well. Overall, we are very pleased with our dog's stay. Thank you so much!!
