It's fun that (when I can find my lab) I can watch my dog. Feels great. I don't like when I can see my dog getting humped. Grrrrr. Wish the picture was bigger. Your facility is updated and appears clean. Grooming? No problems.

I have boarded my 3 dogs many times at Pet Resort Dallas. I have always been pleased. One of my dogs actually knows when we are getting close to the resort and starts jumping with excitement. I take this as a good sign that she loves it. She practically drags me in. The facility is so very clean and they seem to care about your needs for your dog. And I love that you can watch your dogs online. I can tell by looking if my dogs are happy, so this gives me comfort when I have to board.
U are the best. Very professional staff who cares very much about my little Oliver. Love the clean and aesthetic appearance of the resort. Staff always so accomodating and friendly. My Oliver loves his play time and comadre with his little friends. The best place for pets in Dallas.

Boarding
I have only used the boarding and daycare, but I feel like my dog, Miss Divine, is safe there, and that is the most important thing of all to me. The staff is great, too! Good looking place, too, and very clean!
I like the fact that I can pick up my dog at any time. U know my dogs name and report her behavior to me.
After 6 years of daycare and boarding, there are a multitude of things that I like, and value: the people (caring, attentive, pleasant and service oriented), the facility, the cleanliness, the fact that it is staffed 24 hours a day, and it is close to home. My dog treats Pet Resort like his home - and it is his second home.
The staff is always friendly and I feel they truly care about my furry family members. Our two little guys enjoy spending time there whether for daycare or boarding plus the facility is nice and clean.
Love that a person is there 24/7, suites, and day play when boarding!
