The boarding was clean, supervised, and you can even request independent play for your pup if they have anxiety issues, etc. Our dog does not do well in group play, so it was nice to know she would be taken care of based on her behavior.
I appreciate the detail that the staff gives our pets, especially the effort they make to get food/diet choices and restrictions correct. I really like the facility and the "playground." Everyone is always friendly and our pets come home happy and clean!

Your facilities are top of the line but what differentiates you are your people. Everyone is familiar with Reggie and Shadow and I feel they are given extremely good care when they are at your facility. Also, a good sign is that both dogs have no hesitation going with any of your staff members when they are dropped off for either daycare or boarding. Joanie does an outstanding job and unfortunately, I don't remember the names of your other staff that I have interacted with but all display a high level of professionalism.
The staff (EVERYONE) is so sweet to our little dog Jack, they love him and are very caring to all the dogs. Very convenient and tolerant of early and late work schedules. The dogs are kept in appropriate size/age groupings and always seem happy and energetic on coming and going. I would (and do) highly recommend Pet Resort Dallas!

Someone being there 24 hours a day. The building being sound proof. I have a guy that goes crazy with storms. Love the cameras although wish there were more.
Pet Resort has a nice appearance, it's clean, I always get a live person to talk to when I call, email response is prompt, and you send out reminders to make reservations for busy weekends/holidays.

I like the designated play times and rest times. Pet Resort ensures your dogs do not over-heat in the summer, watch the dogs if they are tired due to age, illness, etc. Someone is always there. Love the cameras and ability to view Pet Resort. LOVE that someone stays over night with the dogs during boarding. Caring employees.

I like the many playtimes, video cam, & grooming. I love that my dogs can have a private space & the attention to details, such as thoroughly checking vaccination records. The peace of mind I have is worth the money.

When I drop off my "fur kid" I know she's in the best care! Everyone who works there seems like an extended family member to my dog and she's always happy to get dropped off when I say "wanna go to daycare?"
