What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I like the cleanliness of the facility. I like the balance between play time and rest time for the dogs. While we were on vacation we "checked in" on the web cams frequently. The dogs seemed happy and the staff seems to operate in a very organized manner.

I hate having my dog in a cage all day while I'm at work, daycare is the perfect solution to that. My dog gets to play all day and when I pick him up he's exshustaed! I know that he's being well taken care of by the amazing staff!

Cleanliness, 24 hour care...friendliness of staff. The video was down when leaving my 2 dogs for a week. Was disappointed but they were kind enough to to send pics of my babies a couple of times!

Staff is always very friendly and accomodating! Prissy is always excited to be dropped off, which really says a lot! I feel very comfortable leaving her since the facility is staffed 24/7. And I get to check on her at any time with the webcams!!

The attention given to our baby. She doesn't seem to enjoy group play, so the caregivers give her one-on-one time.

Also, I appreciate when I call, whoever answers the phone know exactly who our baby is. Whether you are completely full or have some availability, it is as if our baby is the most important - and that is appreciated.

Love how happy my dog is when he comes home and how sweet the staff is. Clearly care about each dog there.
