Love the pet vacation suites. The individual attention to our Lucy was incredible. She is a bit shy of other dogs and was given walks by herself instead of forcing her to be with the other dogs.

I feel confident when I drop Oakley off because I know he is very well cared for at the All American Pet Resort. Everyone is very friendly and polite when I drop off and pick up my pet. They give him plenty of play time and they feed him exactly what we provide them. I only trust this pet resort.

Since Diego our border collie has EPI which is a fatal disease if food is not feed properly, we feel 100% confident in the staff. They took exceptionally good care of Diego and we are looking forward to using their facility again. Most of you know that our pets are really members of our families and our very precious to us. We can't thank you enough for the care and love you have given Diego on his stays with you.

This is my first time...I love the Webcam overall service so that I could watch my little one play three times a day while away..also the openview to the entire place. Nothing hidden. And the availability to work outside of normal hours for pickup..which for me means 24 hour service there...that is why I chose All American Pet Resort over competition...Plus the folks are very friendly. We are satisfied with the care that Riley receives at All American. He always appears happy and healthy when we pick him up to go home. There is no place like home but All American is a close second.

I like that I can check in and see my dog having fun with other dogs via the web site. I also like that when I pick up my dog, he is clean and his nails are clipped for a very fair price.

Maggie gained a couple of pounds so I'm not sure she only got a cup of food in the AM and one in the PM. Wished the pick up process ran more smoothly. Got a call from the young lady on Sunday night who needed ( demanded) credit card information (apparently the information I had give another young lady to request an early check out confused the credit card numbers so the charges were not authorized) immediately since she was "leaving in 3 minutes" and if I didn't give it she would not release the dog. At the time of the call, we were exiting our plane and I asked her if I could call her back. But with that negative response I had to stop in the middle of the airport to find the credit card to give her "otherwise she would not release the dog"!! With 2 grandchildren in tow and because she had to have her information immediately we did as she requested but I really didn't care for her attitude. I asked if anyone else could handle the call back but they were not allowed to take credit card information. Other than that I think it was a great experience for Maggie but she couldn't say. She was very clean and looked like she was well cared for. Do you have a report that you give parents on how they did? I will use the resort again but I
