Individual living areas, playtime (even though she doesn't really play with other dogs) and if our flight gets in late on a Friday i don't have to wait till Monday to pick her up.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I am in Ft. Myers visiting my son for the month and he wanted to take me to Orlando for several days. I was extremely hesitant to board my dog Jack since he's already in unfamiliar surroundings. My son did some online research and found your facility. We toured your building and I was very impressed by the cleanliness. The staff was also very professional and most of all showed genuine kindness and concern for the safety and wellbeing of Jack.
I boarded him for 3 nights and also requested a bath. When I picked him up he was happy and clean. I especially appreciated his report card that gave me an idea of how he was while there.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for Jack as well as me - it enabled me to enjoy time with my son and his wife in Orlando whiteout having to worry about my dog. I will definitely recommend your facility.

Boarding - thoroughly explained how my pet would be boarded: excercise, group interaction,play areas, etc. Not just keeping my pet "caged".

Convenient location, clean facility, friendly staff. Our puppies were so excited to see us that we forgot to take home their toys, but a call later in the day ensured they were ready for pickup.

The video was great. Beretta smelled great when we picked her up and her coat was so soft. I wish there was some kind of report card. I heard she had suite issues; aggressive or something. I think she did great on the yard with the other dogs.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I love that you are open 24 hours a day. I am new to the area and work 12 hour shifts as a nurse and it is hard to find a doggy day care that accommodates my needs. Your facility is clean and beautiful, and your staff members are kind, gentle and caring. I feel safe leaving my dogs with you and I can go to work and not worry about them. Plus I can have them groomed while I'm at work which allows me time for other things. Also your proximity to the airport is ideal when I need overnight boarding. Most of all, my dogs are always excited to go to daycare. Thanks for all you do!

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I like the indoor "playground" for the dogs, the cameras and screens at the front desk are a nice added feature but most importantly, our dogs are happy when they have to stay at the Pet Resort and the facility is extremely clean.

I love that someone is there 24/7, unlike at most boarding facilities, and the way the employees seem to really care about the individual dogs. Our dog is an old girl who needs extra attention and takes medications, but I can rest assured she is getting what she needs while in your care.

Staff keeps me informed, works with me (my dog really!) when needed, is courteous and polite; place is clean, get confirmation emails and have had no issues when I reserve or cancel. My dog acts like all is well, so I'm happy!
