I had a great experience. I had been out of town a couple of weeks. I was sick a week. So I was way past due to get a hair cut. Plus, the woman that had been cutting my hair for about three years moved up to regional manager. I had a totally new person. I told her how I wanted my hair cut. Super job. She did it 100% the way I wanted.

Man, can you believe how cold it was last week? My car windshield was covered with frost and I couldn’t find my ice scraper, so I used a discount card I keep in the console. It kinda worked ok, but it only got 20% off.

The line was about 45 minutes, but clearly they have a lot of loyal customers. They got to me as quick as they could, my stylist did a fantastic job working with my reference pictures. They took great care and I felt like a priority.
