Sport Clips quickly fixed my haircut and even gave me the whole MVP haircut experience for free. The staff was fantastic and clearly knew what they were doing and what I wanted for a haircut. I really loved the whole experience, from the haircut to the staff to the environment.

We had the absolute BEST experience yesterday at Sport Clips. Our stylist Rosalie was amazing. She helped to fix my son's hair after it had been ruined at another salon. She was talented, kind, and really made us feel special. I can't say enough about how great the experience was!

Process is transparent. Registered online, was told it was an 80 minute wait. Showed up 80 minutes later and waited 5-10 minutes for a stylist to become available, which I thought was reasonable. Happy with haircut and the stylist was very pleasant.

Online check in is great. Stylists are always friendly, fast, and skilled.

I have a real crush on my stylist Katie. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable in the shop. Hope to see her again.

I have used Sport Clips for 5 years at various locations. This was my second in Asheville.
There was along wait and my cut was extremely fast, and not completed well. My sideburns were totally cut off. I don't understand her being so careless.

She listened to me and gave good counsel. Then did a great job.
