The staff barbers are very friendly and they always have given my son and me good haircuts. I really appreciate being able to go on-line and get on the waiting list. That helps speed things up considerably. My one minor issue is that with customers waiting for haircuts, it seems to take too long between checking out customer A and getting customer B in the chair. Some of that is sweeping the floor, oiling the clippers, etc. but also a bit too much employee chit-chat.

I loved the massage

I started coming to sports clips because it was convenient and close. Rosalie has always made my visit a positive experience. I have since moved and it takes a little bit to get there but I continue to get my haircut there because of that amazing customer service and the personal touch that Rosalie always seems to deliver. I know she cuts a lot of peoples hair, but when I come in, she calls me by my name. And somehow remembers exactly how to cut my hair. Hey Rosalie “Thanks for being amazing”.

The stylist at sports clips is awesome. They care about more than cutting your hair. They want to know you. They engage in life with you. I call it therapy.

The staff are very friendly and like to talk as they cut your hair and they also have a good selection of different hair styling creams.

The team at The Biltmore Park location is always friendly and helpful. I got stuck in traffic coming over and missed my appointment window and they we kind enough to work me in. My stylist was a great conversationalist and I will be coming back in the future. Great experience.
